The Photo Journal is where we will feature one of your (the readers’) photos each day. Whoever has the most interesting or different photo each day will be featured on the site and praised like the amazing photogenius you are.
Day Forty
Today’s submission comes from Mark Sackler who was pressured by a family member to submit a photo to a contest. We are glad you chose ours Mark, that’s a beautiful picture. Mark included a little information for us as well “…Location: A beach near Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, January, 2008. I took many shots of both the shoreline as well as other natural habitats on the trip. I was playing with the accent coloring feature on my Cannon Sure Shot, and was probably just lucky to get this right as this unknown boy was doing a handstand on the beach. I did not realize what I had until I got home and looked at it on a full screen. The reflection of the boy in the sand gives his total essence the appearance of a dividing gene. Hope you like it.” Like it indeed. Thanks for the submission and you should listen to your family, you’ve got some real talent.
Mark also has a blog called The Millennium Conjectures(tm), it’s a great read so check it out… now! Or, you know, whenever you feel like it.
So who is next? Include your name, where you shot the picture, what the picture is of, and why you took it.
