Art mode on Olympus E-M5 (Dramatic Tone)

A rainy day is a great way to get out of your photographic rut. Sometimes it forces us to look at things that normally would be blah and turn them into ah. Grab your camera and play with the settings and see what you get.

The photo above is taken with my Olympus OMD in the art mode, I used the dramatic tone setting. If your camera doesn’t have an art setting then get yourself a macro lens and get some close ups of rain drops on flowers or leaves. Another great idea is getting some reflection shots from puddles.
