Photo Challenge Answered – Acacia Tree In Tanzania

In response to Photo Challenge – Trees here is a photograph taken at the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.  The tree is the Acacia Tree and looks like it’s ripe for eating by a giraffe.  The photograph was taken by Jaliya Rasaputra on her Nikon D3000 with a 300mm lens.

Great shot Jaliya, I imagine all of your shots from Tanzania were rather interesting.  The composition is good and the color balance is even better.  Those of you that have studied color theory will appreciate the balance the golden grass (I’m sure grass is not its technical term) and the green of the tree tops give the image.  Well done.
